G2 Approach

Our approach has resulted in solutions that are highly evolved in the real business environment over the las 15 years. After the initial discussions, we will produce a proposal document defining the brief and detailing a list of modules for selection and inclusion in the final solution. We’ll go through every point that may need clarification and help you to establish the number of modules, implementation phases and payment stages.

Once our proposal is accepted, we will visit your organisation to talk
to individuals, listen to their concerns and issues and observe the organisational hierarchy and information flow. Each module is then individually tuned to your precise requirement, reflecting your work practices. From then on, the solution will evolve on a daily basis.
